(NYSE AMEX:XNN) announced today that it has entered into an exclusive two-year distribution agreement for its SuperVision high-definition night vision systems in China with Trans Tech International, LLC, Tempe, Arizona, a trading company that represents U.S.-based exporters of transportation and security-related equipment to the Chinese market. Trans Tech International has agreed to purchase a minimum of 1,000 SuperVision systems and related accessories over the next two years, and has issued an initial purchase order for 500 units. Trans Tech also has committed to providing extensive advertising, trade show and marketing support for SuperVision products in China.
